Ingredients
- 2.5 tbsp unsweetened cashew butter (or 1/3 cup raw cashews)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 bunch parsley
- 1/4 bunch cilantro
- 1/2 medium sized red onion
- 1.5 tsp garlic powder or fresh garlic
- 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
Method
- Put all the ingredients in Magic Bullet and grind for 3-5 minutes or until you get a sooth dip.
- Store in an air tight jar in refrigerator.
Notes: use it on wraps, meats, salads.
