For preparing this, you need five simple ingredients and 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 cup full fat sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons chives (dried or fresh)
  • 1 1⁄2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • salt (to taste)
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper

Method

  1. In a storing container, whip sour cream with a spoon.
  2. Add chives, salt, pepper, garlic powder. Add 1-2 teaspoons of water if a thinner consistency is preferred.
  3. Store in fridge. It lasts for 7-10 days.
