Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup full fat sour cream
- 2 teaspoons chives (dried or fresh)
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons garlic powder
- salt (to taste)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
Method
- In a storing container, whip sour cream with a spoon.
- Add chives, salt, pepper, garlic powder. Add 1-2 teaspoons of water if a thinner consistency is preferred.
- Store in fridge. It lasts for 7-10 days.
